2. ‘Never Drink & Drive’ is a Public Service Campaign, designed to promote responsible drinking and safe behaviour. This certificate is an acknowledgement of your voluntary participation in taking the campaign pledge.
3. This certificate is not a legal or official document and does not confer any rights, privileges, or recognition under the law.
4. The certificate is meant solely for personal display or for sharing on social media platforms. It may not be used for commercial, promotional, or official purposes of any kind.
5. ISWAI reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or revoke the certificate at its discretion, without prior notice.
6. By accepting the above, you agree that ISWAI shall not be held liable for any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorised use of the certificate.
7. Disputes if any shall be resolved under the provisions of Arbitration And Conciliation Act 2015 within the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
